Kimberley to Kilimanjaro for CANSA 2021

From 3 to 10 March 2021, three extraordinary ladies, from the small city of Kimberley, will climb Mount Kilimanjaro to raise funds for the Cancer Association of South Africa (CANSA) and in honour of cancer patients, especially children, who face their own daily battles with the disease as well as raising awareness of the severity of Gender-Based Violence within South Africa.
Sisters, Dineo Kumalo and Carey Moraldi, along with Dineo’s best friend Karabelo Mojanaga, are the three intrepid ladies who will be taking on Mount Kilimanjaro. The ladies spent most of 2020 researching, saving and training for this adventure, which included five-to-eight-kilometre daily runs, laps in the pool and five-to-seven-hour hikes over weekends.
