Our CANSA Active Campaign gives you the opportunity to participate in your favourite sporting activity or race, while raising funds online to support our educational campaigns on lowering cancer risk and our holistic care & support to those affected by cancer.

CANSA uses third party service providers to enable some fundraising activities. These third parties will collect personal information on CANSA’s behalf. CANSA complies to POPIA and we will not provide your personal information to anyone else unless you provide consent or one of the following exceptions applies:

• You would reasonably expect us to use the information for that purpose;
• The information is used only for historical, statistical or research purposes and is not published in an identifiable form.

• Enter your favourite race – for example: Cape Town Cycle Tour, Absa Cape Epic, Old Mutual Two Oceans Marathon, Midmar Mile, Comrades Marathon, Momentum 94.7 Cycle Challenge, etc.
• Create your own Online Fundraising Page for one of our CANSA Active Online Fundraising Projects: CANSA Active – Cycle or CANSA Active – Go Wild or CANSA Active – Run or CANSA Active – Swim – click on the project of your choice and then follow the prompts to set up your page.
• Invite your social & business contacts to show their support by making an online donation on your fundraising page. Remember to direct your supporters to your project page on a regular basis! Just because your project is online does NOT mean your donors will donate – chase them down!
