Video Your Physical Activity to Win Fantastic Prizes

The competition requires entrants to create a video of maximum 60 seconds long or less doing some form of exercise or moving activity. It includes any form of movement and get all body parts moving such as dancing, yoga, pilates, rowing, running, cycling, swimming, boxing, Zumba or even a weight workout session. More than one video or the same video can be submitted on the 1st of every month.
