I♥boobies teams conquer extreme events in Africa to raise funds for CANSA Active. Dedicated to getting mobile cancer screening clinics into the remote areas of South Africa.

The teams participate in various events during the year, the 8 day Absa Cape Epic Mountain Bike Race, 56km Two Oceans Marathon, Iron Man African Championship, 7 day Joberg2C , Comrades Marathon and 7 day Pioneer Mountain Bike Race. Early screening gives the best chance of survival. Logistics and Travelling time to the cities to get screened are not within everyone’s reach, it means taking a few days leave and that is not affordable. Let’s help those who really need it by getting our Mobile Cancer Screening Clinics to them.

The I♥boobies teams conquered the Cape Epic Mountain Bike Race in March 2017! It is the Tour de France of Mountain Biking and rated as one of the hardest Mountain Bike Races in the World. Of the 650 Teams that will be on the start line, just 20 of these will be women. The race is 7 days long, 15000m of vertical climbing, and some 750km long…on a bicycle across the rugged terrain in Southern Africa.
