Join CANSA for a vibrant and meaningful CANSA Colour Walk on 1 February 2026 at Ratanga Park, Century City, as we come together ahead of World Cancer Day (4 February).

Under the theme “United Hearts, Unique Journeys”, this colourful walk is a celebration of hope, unity and support for everyone affected by cancer – because cancer affects us all, 365 days a year.

Bring your family and friends, choose your colour, and walk with purpose while helping CANSA raise vital funds for our care and support programmes.
