Grant King Rides for a Cause in the Cape Town Cycle Tour

CANSA is proud to introduce Grant King, who is taking on the Cape Town Cycle Tour as a CANSA Active Champion! Grant is not just cycling for the challenge but also to make a difference, raising funds for CANSA Active and the Tygerberg Hospital Children’s Trust.

Grant shares his motivation:

“I’m excited to embark on this fundraising journey to support two incredible charities: the Tygerberg Hospital Children’s Trust and CANSA Active. Over the last nine months this has become deeply personal, as my son was diagnosed with Leukemia during June 2024. My son’s first month of treatment was completed at Tygerberg Hospital and opened my eyes to the invaluable work done there to support families and children, providing them with top-notch medical care and essential resources. Meanwhile, CANSA Active promotes healthy living and wellness within our community. I believe we can make a real difference by raising funds that will further their missions. Join me in this effort to create brighter futures for our children and help foster a healthier community! Every contribution counts, and together, we can bring hope and support to those in need.”
